FOGO Bin

The Food Organic and Garden Organic FOGO bin (green lid) is provided for disposal of food and garden waste. The bin is collected fortnightly opposite to the Recycling bin collection. 

Acceptable item:

	✅ All food scraps, raw and cooked
	✅ Meat, bones and seafood
	✅ Hair or fur
	✅ Tea bags and coffee grounds
	✅ Leaves, flowers and other garden cuttings
	✅ Grass
	✅ Shredded paper

Unacceptable items:

	❌ Soft plastics and plastic bags
	❌ Plastic food packaging
	❌ Polystyrene or foam
	❌ Clothing, shoes and textiles
	❌ Plastic pots, containers or bottles
	❌ Nappies
	❌ Dirt or rocks
	❌ Tree branches larger than 20cm in diameter
	❌ Painted or treated timber
