Recycling Bin
The recycling bin (yellow lid) is provided for mixed recycling items collected within the household. The bin is collected fortnightly opposite to the FOGO bin collection.
Items should be empty, food scraped out and rinsed if required. The numbers shown on the bottom of plastic containers are known as Plastic Identification Codes (PIC). These codes are used to identify the type of plastic used to make the container. The PIC that can be included in your kerbside recycling bin are 1, 2 and 3. Do not place your recycling in plastic bags
